Bilkent's IR department is a growing, diverse, and research-oriented community. The regular teaching load is 2-2. Bilkent is an English-medium private university located in Ankara, Turkey. Compensation packages are competitive and include free on-campus housing. The Bilkent campus also offers excellent International Baccalaureate (IB) schooling options for faculty members' children.
