My department here in Stavanger is hiring a PhD student for a research project on the effects of the “AI revolution” on workers in the finance and media sectors in Norway. The ideal candidate is a political/social/media scientist (or related), interested in technological change and its political and social effects, proficient in qualitative research methods, and speaks Norwegian or another Scandinavian language.
