Dear Colleagues,
The Junior Scholars in Quantitative Conflict Workshop is now accepting
submissions for Spring 2026 presentations and, new this year, practice job
talks. If you've been working on a new paper, refining a project, or
preparing for the job market, we'd love to see your work.
The Junior Scholars in Quantitative Conflict Workshop provides an
opportunity for PhD candidates (ABD), PhD students, postdocs,
and junior faculty to present work related to international security
and conflict that uses a variety of quantitative methods. Our goals are to
offer detailed feedback, foster a supportive scholarly network, and create
space for professional development. The Fall 2025 workshop series will take
place virtually on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month at 1:00pm ET.
Deadline to submit: December 5, 2025
• Submissions are not anonymous (we need your name and info to schedule!)
• This form should take no more than 10 minutes to complete:
