Dear colleagues,
Please see below for the reminder for the Call for Papers to Technology, Internet, & Policy Panels at #PSA23.

Call for Papers: Technology, Internet, & Policy Panels at #PSA23
3-5 April, 2023. University of Liverpool
Deadline: 9th September 2022

The Technology, Internet, & Policy Grouphttps://www.psa.ac.uk/specialist-groups/technology-internet-and-policy-tip (TIP) will be convening a number of panels at the 73rd Annual Conference of the Political Studies Association. This will be a hybrid conference held in Liverpool and online. Full details can be found herehttps://www.psa.ac.uk/events/psa-annual-conference.

In recognition of the vital role Specialist Groups play in the association, TIP has been granted an exclusive timeframe to receive papers and propose panels ahead of the open call. This means you can submit your proposals earlier through us. Papers may be related to the conference theme, Political Futures, but other topics related to the key themes of TIP (impacts of Tech and surrounding tech policy on society) are also welcomed.

To apply: Please submit your title and abstract (max. 300 words) to tip@psa.ac.ukmailto:tip@psa.ac.uk by Friday 9 September (please note that this is an earlier deadline than the direct individual submission to the PSA). Please also include your contact details, institutional affiliation, and if you are a postgraduate student.

If you would like to organise a panel (typically consisting of four papers and a chair), please contact us at tip@psa.ac.ukmailto:tip@psa.ac.uk.

Best Wishes,
Liam
