The positions are funded for 4 years and involve completing a PhD thesis within the project’s thematic scope. The doctoral researchers will contribute to developing theoretical concepts on representative absence and conduct qualitative research, including interviews with EU parliamentarians and/or focus groups with absent citizens from Austria, Germany, and Spain. Salary is competitive and conference funds/career support are provided. Applications are due by 2 May 2025, end of day.
