Our research group at the University of Konstanz is seeking a post-doctoral researcher in comparative politics, who will contribute to the group’s research on political representation, public policy, and political economy. The postdoctoral fellow will work independently, designing and implementing research projects in the group’s thematic research areas, and will also have a teaching obligation. The salary scale is TV-L E13 with a working time of 100% (This scale approximates to 53.000 Euros in the first year). The starting date is September 1st, 2024 or by agreement. Initial employment is for three years, with a possible renewal. We are looking for candidates with background in comparative politics and excellent training in quantitative methodology. Qualifications include a PhD degree in political science or a related discipline, knowledge of comparative politics, ability to work independently and excellent English writing and communication skills.
