For our current project, we are looking for a (Doctoral) Researcher in Computer Science and/or Computational Social Science (100%). Our project aims to understand how social movements use social media platforms and how to better adapt platforms to the needs of the movements. We are developing and evaluating software in an interdisciplinary team. In the project, we work closely with members from different social movements like the environmental movement. The position is initially limited to three years. An extension is possible and desired. The researcher is encouraged to pursue a Ph.D. at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Bremen.
