Hello:
We are reaching out to see if members of this group would be interested in
participating in a research study, titled “Research Methodologies in
Migration Studies.” The focus of the research is on assessing the
methodological approaches used by scholars in the field of migration
studies. The project is led by Daniel Rubenson and Mark Williamson (Toronto
Metropolitan University).
We are looking to recruit academic researchers (i.e. currently working in
academia) whose work focuses at least partially on migration, immigration,
integration, refugees, citizenship, multiculturalism and related topics.
If you agree to volunteer, you will be asked to complete a 10 minute online
survey. In appreciation of your time, you will be able to enter a raffle to
win one of five $100 Amazon gift cards.
This research is funded by Toronto Metropolitan University and has been
reviewed and approved by the Toronto Metropolitan University Research
Ethics Board (REB 2025-073).
