The International Development Department (IDD) in the School of Government at the University of Birmingham is looking to appoint an Associate Professor who would serve as Director of the Governance and Social Development Resource Centre (GSDRC), an international development knowledge and research hub based in IDD. GSDRC has over twenty-years' experience in this field, with its clients having included FCDO, the Australian Government, the EU, the OECD, the World Bank, and UNDP. The successful candidate will lead the GSDRC's specialist team of researchers and be responsible for the strategic expansion of the Centre and its impact work.
