“IFIs and the Reimagining of Global Politics: Pathways to Hope and
Resistance in Global Political Economy” Workshop at EWIS 2024

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to invite submissions for the workshop "IFIs and the
Reimagining of Global Politics: Pathways to Hope and Resistance in Global
Political Economy", which will be a part of the 11th European Workshops in
International Studies (EWIS), scheduled to be held in Istanbul between July
3-5, 2024.

The workshop aims to foster innovative and interdisciplinary dialogue
within the IPE scholarship. We are looking for contributions that explore
the reform of international financial systems, scrutinize the influence of
institutions like the IMF and World Bank, and consider alternative economic
models that prioritize both human and environmental health.

Submissions are to be made through the dedicated submission portal:
bit.ly/EWIS24submit .

The submission deadline is set for February 5, 2024. We encourage you to
share this call with your colleagues and graduate students.

Looking forward to an engaging and insightful workshop in Istanbul!

Warm regards,

Merih Angin & Saliha Metinsoy
