Dear colleages, the recent federal election in Germany lead to some profound changes in German politics. It marks the end of the Era Merkel and has led to the formation of the first coalition government not involving the Christian Democrats since more than 15 years. On this occasion the Working Group on Elections and Public Opinion of the German Political Science Association (DVPW) invites proposals for contributions to a special issue which we hope to publish in *Electoral Studies*. Contributors are welcome to present their papers in the upcoming meeting of the Working Group on 19-20 May 2022 in Berlin. Please find further information and the submission deadline in the attached Call for Papers.
