Dear colleagues,
We are excited to announce a call for papers for the European Political Institutions Conference (EPIC!) that will take place at University Carlos III of Madrid as part of the pre-EPSA programme on June 25, 2025.
This pre-conference aims to gather research on political institutions broadly defined. We welcome submissions that study a variety of topics, including but not limited to:
- Democratic and autocratic regimes
- Electoral systems
- Government forms and structures
- Parliamentary rules
The papers can cover any geographical and temporal context, and use any research method. Our goal is to foster a dynamic exchange of ideas and promote cutting-edge and diverse research on political institutions. We encourage applications from scholars from underrepresented backgrounds, including but not limited to ethnic minorities, women, and non-binary individuals.
To apply, please submit an abstract of your paper by February 15, 2025 to damien.bol@sciencespo.fr mailto:damien.bol@sciencespo.fr.
