I'm currently exploring the use of Facebook or other social media platforms to recruit participants for an upcoming research project on just transition politics, and I’m reaching out to see if anyone within the EPSS network has experience or insights they’d be willing to share.
Specifically, I’d be grateful for any advice or lessons learned regarding: scope conditions in the use of social media adds in 2020s in occidental contexts, setting up and targeting effective ad campaigns, budgeting and cost-effectiveness, response rates and recruitment success, tools or platforms you found particularly helpful (e.g., Meta Ads Manager)
