I am hiring a PhD researcher for the project CITATIONGAP (Deadline: 14.12.2021). We – a Postdoc, the PhD researcher and I – study the extent and causes of a gender citation gap in political science journals using different designs and quantitative tools. You should be prepared to develop your skills further in the context of this project. The position: - 4 years, ideally starting 1.3.2022 - Salary: 65% of a full-time position. The PhD project does not have to be about citation patterns in political science and could be about a substantive topic broadly related to comparative politics.
