The Geneva School of Social Sciences and the Department of
Political Science and International Relations are offering a
competitive position of Research and Teaching Fellow at 100% in
International Relations.
The successful candidate will have to provide 4 hours of teaching
per week at the Bachelor and Master level in political science
and international relations, including supervision and correction
of exams, as well as student mentoring:
Introduction to International Relations Course (Bachelor)
Seminar in International Relations, ideally in the area of
international conflicts and / or international security (Master).
The candidate will be called upon to supervise and coordinate
Bachelor research projects and supervise Master theses.
The candidate will also be called upon to develop their own
research and carry out scientific publications. For more details,

Necessary skills requirements :
Doctorate in political science or title deemed equivalent.
University-level research and teaching experience (lectures and
seminars) in the International Relations, ideally in the area of
conflicts and / or security research.
Have completed a doctoral or postdoctoral stay of at least one
year in another Swiss or foreign university, or be able to
justify active inclusion in a national or international research
network.
Fluency in French and English.
