The Institute of Political Studies (IEP) of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (SSP) is looking for a postdoctoral researcher SNSF in Multilevel Governance to collaborate on the project, Recode MLG–Rethinking Co-creation of Digital and Environmental Policy in Systems of Multilevel Governance project, which is funded by Horizon Europe and the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation.

Expected start date: 01.03.2025
Contract length: 2 years
Activity rate: 100%
Workplace: Lausanne-Dorigny, Geopolis building (Hybrid work arrangement)
Remuneration: approx. CHF 82000

Your responsibilities

  • Complete a literature review
  • Preparing a collective empirical research
  • Assist other project teams in data collection
  • Prepare and write research reports and publications in international scientific journals

Your qualifications

  • Ph.D. in political science or related discipline
  • Motivation and ability to conduct research in the field of multi-level governance and environmental and/or digital policies
  • Good knowledge of research methods and approaches
  • Very good knowledge of English
