Dear all,

This is just a friendly reminder that we currently have a vacancy for a
Research Associate (100%, until 28.02.2026) in our Horizon Europe
project INCITE-DEM at the Department of Political Science.

In this project with 9 European partners, we address the question of how
participatory processes can make representative democracies more stable.
The core task of the position is to design, implement, and analyze
international surveys with experimental components, and of course to
write papers in the context of the project with colleagues in Münster
(Doris Fuchs, Oliver Treib, and myself).

We are looking for a person who has experience in collecting and
analyzing survey data, speaks English very well, and is interested in
research on the crisis of democracy, democratic innovations, and/or the
democratic challenges of sustainability transformation. PhD is a plus,
but not a must.

All further information about the position - including what we offer as
an employer - can be found here:
https://www.uni-muenster.de/Rektorat/Stellen/ausschreibungen/st_20231003_sk7.html
(please scroll down for the English version)

Oliver Treib (oliver.treib@uni-muenster.de) and I are very happy to
answer follow-up questions; the deadline is April 10, 2023!

Best wishes,
Bernd
