De Europa - European and Global Studies Journal http://www.deeuropa.unito.it/content/editorial, open-access peer-reviewed journal, welcomes research papers for its upcoming issue on Multilingualism and the European Union, edited by Dr. Marie-Hélène Hermand (Université Bordeaux Montaigne) and Dr. Annie Niessen (University of Pennsylvania, Université de Liège).

We invite original contributions (in English, French or Italian) seeking to explore the use of multilingualism — from a linguistic or sociological perspective — within the EU in political, communicational, legal, translational or institutional contexts.
