Open Postdoc Position at the TUM for work on the CoronaNet Government Response Database

Dear Colleagues,

I am circulating a call for applications for a 6-month postdoc position with the CoronaNet Research Project at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) Chair of International Relations. The postdoc will contribute to the building of the CoronaNet Government Response Database, which has been collecting data on government policies made in response to the COVID-19 pandemic around the world (see : https://www.nature.com/articles/s41562-020-0909-7for more information).

This position will be funded by the EU Horizon 2020 grant for the research consortium PERISCOPE (https://ec.europa.eu/info/sites/info/files/research_and_innovation/events/documents/facsheet_call2_projects-10-august-2020-updt.pdf),and the candidate will need to relocate to Munich, Germany to accept to position. It is available starting 1 September 2021. Remuneration will be in accordance with the German public service pay scale (collective agreement for state-level public servants, TV-L) at the E-13 level (100%). 


We invite applications from candidates who have substantive experience in personnel and data management, including in data pipeline management, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
