***Call for Proposals*** We are pleased to announce the TPBW is back for a 9th edition. The workshop will take place September 29 and 30, 2023 at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, University of Toronto. As in past years, the workshop will feature about a dozen papers. We will spend about an hour on each paper. We welcome paper proposals on any topic dealing with political behaviour — and take a broad view in terms of methodological approach and substantive area.
