IE University’s School of Politics, Economics, and Global Affairs (SPEGA) is hiring for two tenure track positions starting September 1, 2025.
Successful candidates will join the Political Science and International Relations group within SPEGA, which consists of 14 tenured and tenure-track scholars studying comparative politics, international relations, political economy, and political behavior.
The IE SPEGA is part of IE University, located in Madrid and Segovia, Spain. We are a fast-growing department of professors committed to world-class academic research and teaching in the social sciences, public policy, and international affairs.

The position is open in terms of specialization. We are equally interested in candidates from the fields of political behavior, political institutions, political organizations, and formal theory.
