Professors Joana Pais and Sandra Maximiano (Lisbon School of Economics and
Management) along with the European Political Science Association are
pleased to announce the Seventh International Meeting on Experimental and
Behavioural Social Sciences (IMEBESS) at the Lisbon School of Economics and
Management, Lisbon, Portugal, on 18 - 20 May 2023.

IMEBESS aims to bring together researchers in all areas of the social
sciences who are interested in behavioural research broadly defined. We are
particularly interested in encouraging the participation of the very
diverse communities of social science with an interest in experimental and
behavioural research, including, for example, anthropology, computational
social sciences, economics, political science, psychology, and sociology.

IMEBESS 2023 is also committed to ensuring the active participation of
scholars from the Global South.  IMEBESS 2023 will be providing travel and
accommodation support for a limited numbers of scholars from the Global
South – details on the subvention will be circulated and announced shortly
on the IMEBESS 2023 web page.

A two-day pre-conference workshop – Methodological Challenges of Meta
Analysis in the Social Sciences
-- is scheduled for 16-17 May 2023 just
prior to the main IMEBESS Conference.  Registered attendees to the IMEBESS
2023 conference are eligible to attend the workshop.

We are delighted to announce that the current line-up of guest speakers

The deadline for submitting abstracts is 15 February 2023. Authors will
receive notification of acceptance by 01 March 2023.
