Call for Papers!

Alice Iannantuoni (University of Geneva) and myself will chair a panel titled “Text as Data for the Study of Political Institutions” at the 2023 Italian Political Science Association (SISP) conference. The conference will take place between September 14 and 16 in the beautiful city of Genoa, Italy.

The main aim of the panel is to discuss original and innovative applications of Text as Data methods for the study of institutional actors as well as new developments in such methods. We welcome submissions from both the fields of Comparative Politics and International Relations, employing any sort of automated text analysis technique.

Deadline for abstract submission is May 31.
