The Department of Political Science at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) invites applications for a PhD candidate in the ERC-funded project DEMOTRADEOFF. DEMOTRADEOFF aims to study democratic trade-offs and how these might fuel political discontent. Further information about the project can be found here<https://enriquehernandez.eu/demotradeoff/>. This is a four-year, fully funded PhD position with a 25,000 € yearly salary (gross). The project also offers significant funding for data collection, methodological training, research stays, and travel. The deadline for applications is April 14, 2022.
