Dear Colleagues,

We excited to announce the 2026 CBS-Princeton Money in Politics conference to be held in Copenhagen on June 24-25, 2026, just a few days after EPSS in Belfast.

The conference will be held at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and co-organized by faculty at Princeton’s School of Public and international Affairs and CBS. We invite submissions of research proposals that examine the relationship between money and politics. This includes – but is not limited to – research on non-market strategy, lobbying, campaign finance, political connections, corruption, business and politics, and how decision-makers (including bureaucrats) interact with special interests.

To help cover the costs of the conference, we will charge a participation fee for participants with sufficient research accounts ($50 for junior scholars, $100 for associate professors, and $150 for full professors). However, the fee will be waived for participants with insufficient research funds. Similarly, for those without research funds, limited travel funding is available (with priority given to junior scholars).

If you would like to participate in the conference, please submit your research proposal or volunteer as a discussant using this Google Form: https://forms.gle/cZaKbE7FLNC67uxA9 (Deadline for Applications: Friday, January 9, 2026).

Applicants will be notified of whether their proposal is accepted around February 6, 2026. We welcome applications from scholars regardless of age, gender, race, religion, or ethnic background.

If you have any questions, you can email the organizing committee at cphmoneyinpolitics@gmail.commailto:cphmoneyinpolitics@gmail.com.
